Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a background in Rolling Stock or Traction from a recognized university or institute.
Eligibility Criteria:
- CDA Pay Scale: Executives should be working or empaneled in SAG Pay Scale Rs. 37400-67000 (Grade Pay Rs. 10,000) or should have a minimum of 17 years in Group A service, currently in Selection Grade Pay Scale Rs. 37400-67000 (Grade Pay Rs. 8,700).
- IDA Pay Scale: Executives should be working or empaneled in IDA Pay Scale Rs. 51300-73000 or should have 17 years of service at the executive level, currently in IDA Pay Scale Rs. 36600-62000.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in designing, manufacturing, constructing, operating, and maintaining rolling stock and traction distribution systems in railways or metro systems.
- Proficiency in computerized environments is essential.
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical services, metro lifts, escalators, electricity rules, and renewable energy.
- Hands-on knowledge of various computer applications related to the job.
